3 Things That Helped Me Out of the "Trough of Sorrow"
1. Books
I started reading voraciously.
Intellectual stimulation helped me refocus and reflect.
2. Prayer
I began each day with a prayer.
Spiritual grounding brought me peace and comfort.
3. Exercise
I started with small stretches, then moved on to jogging and weightlifting.
Building physical strength gave me the energy to persevere.
Remember:

✅Whatever peak you're on, that too, will pass.
Life is a journey.
